      Pros

      GE has many career opportunities in healthcare as well as other GE companies. GE offers great opportunities in all the GE businesses. Upper management tries very hard to keep employees informed about changes that are happening within the company.

      Cons

      You can never get away from work. You have to work every day. We laugh about work/life balance. Managers spend more time on answering email than actually doing work. Not all jobs are posted. Friends hire friends whether they are qualified or not.
