Pros
Great amount of Career Opportunities and Excellent Compensation & Benefits make for a great place to work. GE Healthcare has many offerings and is big enough to always meet one's goals and dreams. Matrix organization provides challenging assignments and those that are successful are rewarded with promotions throughout the company.
Cons
Work/Life Balance is always a struggle and is not supported by senior leadership. Huge focus on U.S. markets and financials instead of global health. Corporate red tape is as huge a negative as career opportunities are a positive. One must successfully navigate this challenging system everyday to accomplish their job duties. Often described as a "sink or swim" environment.
