Pros

Fortune 50 company. Allot of movement with in the company. Management tent to be very polished in the higher rankings. Has all the contracts needed to supply their reps with the fishing license to sell in most all hospitals. Well known and branded name in the industry. Allot of marketing. GPO contracts these days are very important. GE also has the infrastructure such as dedicated GE Healthcare account managers that specifically focus on GPO and hospital network managers that work at the corporate levels. Very important in efficiently helping the reps achieve their financial objectives. Consistently moving toward the future with development of new products.

Cons

Alot of movement and change within the GE structure. Too many different reps for the same hospital. Very confusing for the customer.
