      Pros

      Pay is good. Vacation time is great (if you get approval).

      Cons

      Currently dealing with an extremely toxic manager who thinks he can bully his direct reports. I had taken on additional work without getting a heads up, it was just implied I would just take on the work of a coworker on leave. A promotion was sabotaged because my manager doesn’t want me to move internally.
