      Hourly rate plus shift. Flexible work when needed. Relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Disorganised with initial training. A lot of competition for higher roles. Need to train on different roles to earn a higher grade which takes a while.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
