      Good training, good benefits, tuition reimbursement, community support, and room for promotion.

      Cons

      Cut out bonuses, managers sometime aren't an exact fit for the culture, managers get job positions they don't qualify for, work/life is challenging and coming in you aren't guaranteed to get days

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
