Pros
I have been a BDE for 2 years now and I won't be shy in saying it's hard work. That being said, it's sales and to be expected. It's demanding in a sense that they expect you to work. Overall fun atmosphere, commissions changed my life and lots of training across the floor. We have a few new external trainers as well. If you want to work hard and be rewarded for your hard work this is the place for you.

5 days a week in office. Some flex could be cool.
