      - amazing commission structure for new people - management in the Miami office is wonderful - good hours for a “tech sales” job - lively salesfloor with good music and lots of cheering people on

      Cons

      - some micromanagement - turnover is quite high (like any sales job) - training is hit or miss - not the most “uplifting” morning huddles
