Early out of Uni pay is fantastic Good for those with work ethic as will be rewarded Spencer Green is fab and actually knows what he is doing IF you want to be in this type of sales environment Comission is fantastic if you can get it

Was told everyones basic would be the same but had huge differences Cold calling from a script and when trying to change it asked why you would want to in a condesending way Staff throw out big buzz words to impress one another wothout knowing what they mean and simply to sound intelligent whilst have no relevance to what we are doing and gets old fast End of the day its luck on who picks up and who signs up Its almost like management watches wolf of wall street every night before bed and try to roleplay as them As a company thry promote WFH for customers but not their own staff
