Pros
I really enjoy working in a fast paced, exciting sales environment with an uncapped earning potential. Higher management make the time to ensure thorough training and support is ongoing. Communicating and collaborating with senior decision makers from world class organisations gives me a huge sense of pride in my work. The office banter is first class and makes working at GDS not only rewarding but fun too!
Cons
Mentally demanding and a thick skin is needed. This isn't a job choice but a career choice. You get out of It what you put in. You have to be prepared to work hard!
