Hard to find a worse business than this.

Cons

A toxic, hire-and-fire culture where you will feel disposable and are constantly worried about losing their jobs. A pure disgrace. They will destroy you and then fire you. Senior leadership lacks direction, makes poor decisions, and fails to support or value employees. Running around like headless chickens. Training is inadequate, onboarding is weak, and staff are expected to meet demanding targets with little guidance. There is high staff turnover, talented employees either leave because of the culture or are dismissed. Favouritism and promotions based on personal relationships rather than merit. Poor recognition, limited career progression, and a stressful, high-pressure environment where profits and targets come before employee wellbeing. The company suffers from poor leadership, job insecurity, lack of support, and a bad culture.
