1moWe hear you and we recognize that a standard 'thank you for your feedback' feels dismissive given how you feel about your seven months here. It’s clear that from your perspective, there is a disconnect between what we say online and the day-to-day reality you experienced.
Regarding your point about issues not being addressed internally: we acknowledge that if employees don’t feel safe or heard while they are still behind our doors, the system isn't working as it should. We are currently looking at how we handle internal grievances to ensure that 'who you know' doesn't outweigh 'what you do.'
While we may not have seen eye-to-eye during your time here, we genuinely value this level of bluntness. It highlights exactly where our blind spots are. We wish you a much better experience in your next role.
