Pros

Provides exposure to architectural workflow and drawing production, mainly suitable for short-term experience rather than long-term career growth.

Cons

Poor workload management and weak leadership. Project architects often fail to plan and delegate tasks effectively, resulting in excessive workload being pushed to technical and support staff, including senior-level employees. Staff are frequently required to work long hours and overtime without proper compensation. Despite the heavy workload and years of contribution, there is no salary increment for years, and bonuses are selectively awarded. When issues arise, even senior staff are blamed and denied bonuses, while project architects or higher management within the same team continue to receive benefits. This creates a strong sense of unfairness, low morale and burnout. Management tends to impose punishment without proper investigation into root causes. Problems caused by poor planning and decision-making at higher levels are rarely addressed, while responsibility is shifted downward instead of being owned by those in charge.
