Job isn't worth the pay - Light Duty Cleaner GDI Integrated Facility Services Employee Review

GDI employees are very under appreciated by management and administration. Hard work goes unnoticed and unfortunately, so does poor work which adds to a hyper immature atmosphere. The employees deserve to be paid the same wages that any other janitor makes on average. There is also no growth or raises if you work here. You could be here for 26 years, and you WILL make the same wage as someone who started last week.
