Pros

Located in the beautiful Rotterdam

Cons

Very Rude and Unprofessional personnel. Company treats its employees really bad, like slaves. No chance to have a professional productive conversation with HR. All is about provocations, talking over each other, screaming. No respect what so ever. No Corporate values, just a bunch of unprofessional repressed people trying to make something out of their low profile projects. Salary compensations incorrect. Watch out your pay slips! Team Leader and Evaluators change constantly. The reason of which stays secret. Discrimination is very severe in the low-class Rotterdam office. No respect for cultural differences. No collaboration, no team work. No vision, No mission, No values. Abuse of power. This office should be sued and shut down. The organisation is not transparent in the way they operate.

Pros

You're on call, you can see when/where they want you a couple of hours beforehand. Most Supervisors are really sweet, fair people. Bonus break coupons awarded by the appointed Supervisor that day/night. A well-respected, truly Global Company offering several different roles to grow into. (Not just the Western Hemisphere and the Phillipines)

Cons

Get a really bad list of phone numbers that don't render results within 2 hours, and you're dismissed from that shift. (your pay is affected.) Oodles of charts and very small lettering (thank God for the colorful highlights) on every email. Ghost Work: chat platform is ONLY you and the Supervisor + Operational Supervisor - you can't send messages to your other "teammates". Misleading scheduling: when hired you are told to set a schedule for the first 30 days and not to deviate from it, that you can make changes after 30 days. After 30 days you are told that you CAN'T change your basic set schedule for the upcoming month, only "request certain days." High turnover of employees due to these factors, and low pay.
