      Interesting work. Flexible schedule. Turkey giveaway at Christmas. Friendly coworkers. Middle management was nice too.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I saw 10 layoffs in ten years. You wouldn't know who got released as they call it until you look for them about work.
