Difficult to maintain work-life balance - Assistant Professor GD Goenka University Employee Review

Salaries are ok but not as per 6th pay norms even though they claim it, Salary and position(designation) not transparent, they expect you to work 24 x 7, 365 days sometimes even Saturdays are working and no comp off at all, with rarely any leave, can't say about the increments and bonus. Management don't want to listen.
