Pros
This company is organized and they care about their employees. Processes are documented. Client base is great and proactive in maintaining their environments. They recently started a cyber security focus and growing a SOC team. Management is great, knowledgeable and are always willing to give a hand if you need it. Plenty of opportunities to learn here and go outside your comfort zone. The escalation team above mine is awesome. They will take the time to mentor you and show you how to get on their level. This organization is all about growth and work to promote employees based off merit. Just in my short time here, I have seen several team members move up from the NOC to the helpdesk. I have been here almost a full year and am loving it
