There are always new, interesting and challenging projects using latest technologies, but they are stable and long term, so you get the chance to focus on them and really develop your skills. The atmosphere at the office is always positive and supportive and the work-life balance is perfect. The expectations are realistic and I only had to stay after hours once in 2 years.
Cons
The salary grows steadily and is fair, however, there are no bonuses, which is a let down at times when your work greatly exceeds management's expectations. Something more than just a tap on the back would be appreciated and would keep the motivation levels at the maximum.
