- no HR policy or nomenclature, just in books - mental torture even if you achieve 30% growth - Huges areas given to one TSI. Usually 6 districts, 30 distributors - You are given 11 tasks. You do 10 very well, miss 1. You will see yelling, shouting and curses all around for that - salary hike is once in 3 years, and lowest in industry. Still you get taunts for your salary - no claim settlement of distributors after commitment, which ultimately falls back to you from all sides - NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. Even personal space, Sundays are not spared - give your heart out, soul for the company, personal growth or development is ZERO
