      Very welcoming environment, people freely share their knowledge. Dynamic management team who foster team collaboration. GCM mainly produces parts used in the medical device and aerospace industries.

      Cons

      Old school type environment, for example, they used a loud bell that could be heard from the street for breaks and lunches, never experienced that in my entire tenure.
