Pros
The company is very busy and has a lot of work. It manufactures complex components in the medical, aerospace, and industrial industries in three different facilities located in California, Illinois, and China. The President of the company is willing to spend money on equipment which will keep the company on the forefront technologically for many years. Compensation is decent for the area.
Cons
There are a great many cons with this company, mostly with it's culture and organization which are mainly to be found within its Illinois facility, but also in the California facility to a degree. Chaos is the best word to describe the atmosphere, mainly having to do with management. - Roles are vague. - Little to no training. - High turnover. - Low morale. - Severe character deficiencies amongst management. - Abusive behavior. - Lack of accountability. - Lack of professional and life experience amongst people in key roles. - An attitude of corporate arrogance is at play.
