      being exposed to full aspects of the engineering job

      Cons

      very low salary, inexperienced managers, are deceitful and manipulating with major favoritism. company is based on micromanaging. working environment is best suited for those accepted into the "click". Good workers get the blame while the crappy workers get rewarded. Your career maxes out after 1 yr.

      Pros

      Nice Projects if you like to work on the O&G, Mining or Industrial sectors. In general, coworkers are fine and there is a sense of team work.

      Cons

      Poor benefits, which compared to other medium-size companies are not up to the standard. Engineering hours are understimated in order to win projects, however this will bite you in the end, because it would be impossible to do projects with such a low number of hours and you will be under the guillotine and deemed as under-performer.
