      -International company breaking into the US Solar Market -Passionate team of industry solar and financial wizards working towards a common goal -Opportunity for growth within the company

      Cons

      -Tensions between the Chinese HQ and the local team -Over the years, lots of reorganization and change within departments -Greatly affected by the tariffs imposed on Chinese solar companies by the US Govt

      high compensation, great work enviroment, great infrastructure.

      Cons

      the management is chaotic, also, the company is far away from downtown.

      Pros

      Good, dedicated people really trying to make the company a success. Beautiful office in downtown San Francisco; great interaction with all levels of the company.

      Cons

      Everything is controlled by Corporate (in China). Decision making and funding process is not transparent at all; US office has little influence. Some late nights because of time difference with China. Management in China says one thing and does another.
