They do have some interesting accounts and new business development and stay competitive within the industry. Work life balance is pretty good, but it depends on your team.
Cons
- Toxic leadership that appear to care about their employees on the surface, but really they only care about revenue and keeping clients. - Lack of communication among senior mgmt, always feel like you're not getting all the information. - They do have regular promotions and reviews, but there is little room for personal or professional growth on accounts and leaders are slow to help you when you want to make a change or raise concerns. - Depends on the account, but people are also just not friendly and do not want to help you when asked (mostly more senior staff). It's very much an every man for himself mindset.
