We encourage you to speak with your manager, HR, or another senior leader at GCIH if you’re more comfortable, to discuss how we can work to improve your work life/balance and collaboration with team members. As an organization, one of our values is “We are kind and collaborative,” and we would like the opportunity to address any scenario where our people feel we are not living our values.
We are proud of our efforts to support work/life balance, including flexible work schedules in the summer to allow for Summer Days, extra Wellness Days off through the year, and refining our ways of working to allow for meeting-free Friday afternoons among other changes driven by employee feedback.
