Pros
Smart leadership, diverse client base with really interesting work. Talented and fun colleagues who make it great to come to work every day (even virtually). Even with remote working, the agency feels tight knit and very connected to the broader mission and vision.
Cons
Nothing outside of typical agency life. Days can be long, you can work overtime and clients are tough but that's the same at every agency. Here I feel your team has your back and your leadership has a close eye on activity so they can find solutions if client work becomes untenable.
