Junior level employees are overworked, with their efforts unnoticed or unappreciated by senior staff and there is no visibility with clients (seriously, you have to write almost every email on behalf of someone else). Easily 75% of days were spent drafting internal emails, with managers giving arbitrary feedback, e.g., use “in the interim” in lieu of “in the meantime,” and culture of aggression and fear is rampant. Any work from home flexibility was only awarded to VP level and above, which is most visible on Fridays when the office is virtually empty of anyone above an AE. In my few months, I witnessed eight people leave, which is high for being such a small company.
