Co-workers, location, work from home opportunities

Cons

Most of the lower level employees are over worked and do not have the time to help train new employees. My manager was hired to GCIH a month before me and couldn't help me with the most simple tasks, let alone mentor/train me on accounts.

GCI Health is a rapidly growing and successful agency. We are constantly hiring and bringing on additional help in order to relieve staff of their workload when needed. An Account Coordinator has a lot of responsibilities but also a lot of opportunities to work across accounts. We have the best of the best working here and its not for everyone. But we listen to everyone and try to address concerns as much and as quickly as possible. During the course of the year sometimes things get busier than at other times, but we offer comp time and many other additional tokens of appreciation to show our staff that they mean everything to us! We believe the majority of our staff love working here and we do whatever we can to support that.
