Too much shifting and change through aquisitons - Senior Creative Manager GCG Employee Review

There are some bad apples in the cart. You know there's a power struggle with certain types of employees. Too much shifting, constant change and no real direction. I've worked on too many campaigns/projects that didn't see the light of day as business direction changed. A lot of great people were let go and the rest jumped ship.
