There was no time limit on work performance

Break time was very short even though we didn't have to clock out.

Seemed like a nice work environment, nice fellow employees, nice work/life manageability. Homey feel. Good Coffee.

Benefits were lacking, only 1 week PTO offered for first few years, Insurance was expensive because a lot of staff are smokers. Beware of one owner, in particular, when she was mad or in a bad mood (and you will be able to tell) steer clear and keep your head down.
