Complete scam. They lied about salary and workload. Initially hired me for $160/day. The first salary was fine. However, the second salary was calculate per $150/day. When I questioned the HR about it, they said that they are counting Sunday as a workday. So, when they hired me for $4200/month which is what I had on my offer letter-- they were basically counting all 30-31 days of the month including Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, they had no work!!! There were entire months when they had absolutely no work to give. So you are simply benched with no salary. Of course, they target OTP holders and other immigrants. Don't know how they are not reported to the Labor Department. There is no office. You sit at home and work. The team lead was extremely rude, unprofessional and sexist! When it came to filing for H1B, they asked me for $4200 for filing the documents, where the deal was that if I get it, they'll return the money and I have to work with them for the next 3 years!!! If I don't get it, I just have to pay $1300-- admin fee!! and they'll return the rest. As if, anybody would believe that!! Bunch of scam artistes.
