Subsequent leaders and recently promoted president is out of touch, unrealistic and can't remember from week to week the lies that he tells. Leadership in corporate office in Cleveland Ohio is nonexistent. CEO runs the company based on the mood he's in that day, which is usually a vindictive mood. No policies and procedures followed. Assistance in the field is refused by Cleveland office. NO LOYALTY whatsoever. HR dept in Knoxville office lie and steal from the company are allowed to get away with it. They all need to be fired.
