A lot of nice people worked there.
Cons
The very upper managment was absolutely awful. They hired very qualified people and never listened to their advice. The result being that the company failed miserably and left Canada. They made enemies with a huge % of the vendors they used, they left lots of unpaid bills and spent SO much money trying to cut corners and save money. It was a real shame because if the upper management had put half that effort into the real issue's it could have succeded. Everything revovled around -"doing it for cheaper" in the pharmaceutical sector- this is a recipe for disaster- in the western world at least.
For any prospective employee, i would be EXTREMELY worried from a Health & Safety point of view also.
