      - Managing partner flexible on work and willing to tolerate if the employee have urgent matters to attend.

      Cons

      - No proper guidance and training. - Senior love to point out mistakes however doesnot show any solution. - Senior does not really up to date with the latest standards.

      Pros

      KL office company culture is good, no toxic or drama. Colleagues are helpful and friendly. Can have steep learning curve as may need to handle the whole portfolio sometimes, so will be able to know the audit process for all sections faster. Good exposure. Relatively more work-life balance compare to big 4.

      Cons

      No walking distance LRT station nearby. During peak period sometimes may need to OT as is audit line

      Pros

      The boss is friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about employees. Although the company is an SME, the salary offered is very competitive compared to others in the same category. There is no office politics, and the work environment is supportive and peaceful.

      Cons

      Limited career progression due to the smaller company size, but still a great place to grow early in your career.
