      Pros

      I did enjoy my time at GBA until there was a shift in management.

      Cons

      Management was not great. They don’t appreciate when work is actually getting done. They also don’t appreciate when you get along well with the PMs, etc. Management in the marketing department will target you if they do not like you..

      A collaborative team that seeks input from designers of all levels. Very encouraging and engaging.

      Insurance is based in Kansas, and does not provide the coverage or protections expected in Colorado.
