      Very outdated software. No backlog and very much an old school sink or swim company. Very little communication and high turnover.

      Pros

      Team is very good to work alongside. They provide plenty of training and time to get your feet on the ground after onboarding. They will trust you to do your job and not look over your shoulder. Pay, benefits, and other perks are good. Overall healthy culture.

      Cons

      GBA Companies only offers 2 weeks paid paternal/maternal leave.
