      1- No need to work overtime. 2- Salaries submitted in time.

      Cons

      1- You don't gain any experience because there are no senior developers or mentors specializes in Software. 2- Expected to work on any technology such as Ionic,Laravel even if you have no experience. 3- Very old technology. 4- Very low salary. 5- No raises or bounses. don't expect to have a salary raise even if you spent more than a year.
