I have worked for Gallo for 3 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It has a small business atmosphere of family.
Cons
Headcount has been a problem with many retirements in the last year leaving teams short staffed and overworked in the short term. It's been hard to convince upper management that we need to get more people on our teams to help take some of the workload off our plates.

For the area, this is one of the best places to work living in the Central Valley.
Cons
Priorities aren’t aligned across the business units. There’s a real lack of what it means to work at Gallo these days. Each group is out for themselves.
