Lots of overtime, company vehicles, allowances, and company get-togethers.
Cons
Too much overtime, long days, no proper safety equipment, lack of training, not flexible with school, and no work/life balance.
The biggest issue is working hours, there are time where they will force you to work well over 160hrs bi weekly. They will never say no to a job, no matter how hard they work their employees.
