GM - Anonymous employee GAIL Employee Review

Extremely politically motivated heterogeneous top mgmt. Bothers too much on who knows whom in Ministries, VVIPs, etc. Very corrupt and undeserving employees/ executives have managed great positions in mgmt in GAIL as well as IndianOil & other companies. Incompetence has bred all around as CEOs, Directors have supported sycophants [ Corrupt Chamcha Raj] and sidelined deserving NON CORRUPT employees for years together.
