      Pros

      It would be a pro to leave the current hybrid schedule alone. For everyone’s mental health.

      Cons

      Moving to a 4:1 work model come September. They claim for collaboration. Half the time people sit on Google meets in their own department instead of getting a conference room. Plus when we try to collaborate in the office on the floor we’re told we’re too loud. Go figure.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Pros

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
