Pros

A lot of good perks, friendly staff, great supervisors

Cons

Left my old job to come here because of the hybrid schedule having little kids and not being able to afford child care made life work balance much easier now they are trying to change that and stream like to full time in office which is earth shattering for a lot of employees. Other departments work home 5 days a week and continue to reap that benefit.

We understand that shifts in workplace expectations can be challenging, and we’re committed to supporting our employees through this transition. Our move to a 4:1 in-office schedule reflects our belief in the power of in-person collaboration to drive innovation, connection, and long-term success. While the policy will remain in place, we’re actively working on ways to make the in-office experience as productive and positive as possible, and we welcome ongoing dialogue to help us do that well. As a newer team member, your fresh perspective is particularly valuable as we shape our workplace culture.

Pros

Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

Cons

Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

Pros

Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

Cons

This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
