      The pay is great for the area

      Cons

      No matter how good the pay is, it's terrible if you can't count on having a job longer than 6 months! Alot of racism towards blacks and whites!! As a whole, steer clear of this place. Will feed you lies and tell you what you want to hear then fire you along with 100 other people! BEWARE!!!

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
