      No vesting period for 401K Access to linkedin learning

      Cons

      No resources so the buyers also do the receiving, which is a conflict of interest Very poor onboarding (You never feel like you are a part of) GAF uses three purchasing systems, Coupa, Maximo and Peoplesoft, so it will take you three times a s long to learn everything. GAF also does not use microsoft products, no word, no excel no outlook. They use Gmail.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
