      Company pays little higher than market for consultants in IT

      Cons

      this is a endless list for ppl working in IT Fulltime staff doesnt get rated their salary properly so its flat structure with similar salary range for everyone, good for someone who doesnt have good credentials IT executive management is a joke Nothing to learn in the organization whether its new technology or process management More managers than developers, all technical managers are dummies.

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
