      Pros

      Small company. Easy to get to know all of the people and resources.

      Cons

      Private company. Very difficult to get additional funding for much needed machine replacement. 24/7 continuous process manufacturing facility. Very difficult to keep a work life balance working 7 days per week.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
