Pros

Can make tons of money

Cons

The company does not care about its employees. You will be forced to work 70 to 80 hours per week with no more than 2 days off per month. GAF Dallas is a dangerous dirty place to work. I&E technicians dont stay here because of the hostile work environment. I&E techs are forced to work rotating shifts that change with little to no notice. You will not have any kind of life if you work for this company. GAF Dallas has the worst management I have ever experienced in my entire career. My advice is stay away or you will be sorry.

Pros

Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

Cons

This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
