      Good pay Opportunity for growth and advancement Company constantly reinvesting

      Cons

      Company operates in functional silos so the departments don't interact well Sales commission plans change yearly so it always changing what you can make IT software is limited, cumbersome, outdated and doesn't work well on mobile Non-compete agreement keeps you locked locked there

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
