      Phenomenal opportunities for advancement at all levels if you are willing to go the extra mile to understand the key financial business drivers, brainstorm ideas that challenge the status, and are willing to put in the work to make an impact on the bottom line. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Roofing isn't the sexiest of industries (but GAF's financial ratios and health are!)

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
